Special Rates and Special Considerations
The conference participants will make their hotel reservations directly at the Web sites of the hotels.
- Their Internet rates include breakfast and WiFi.
- They give a 10% discount when paid in cash (7% for Erboy and Ilkay).
- Sirkeci Mansion and Hotel Erboy rates also include a welcome dinner (with a minimum stay of 5 and 6 nights).
- Orient Express and Ilkay give a free 7th night stay.
- The conference participants, with a special reservation code that they need to obtain from
AFSI2015_Co-Chairs@tafsm.org,
will receive an additional 5% discount. They will also get free one-way airport transportation for every 3 nights of stay.
