Volume Mesh Generation

So far, only boundary nodes have been created. The mesh resembles an empty shell (above). The last step of the mesh generation process is the creation of all the nodes that lie within the volume occupied by the water. DimensionMG is a program that creates all the internal nodes based on the surface mesh. Once these nodes exist, the mesh is complete (below) and ready to be used in the actual simulation.

mesh.info Number of nodes and number of elements in the mesh
mien Connectivity table: Lists the four corner nodes for each tetrahedral element
mxyz Lists the x, y and z coordinates for each node
mrng Lists the RNG number for each facet (zero if the facet lies within the volume mesh)
