Full-time students need to email PDF copy of the letter from the department chair certifying the full-time student status at the time of the short course (May 9–10, 2015).

Refund Policy
If a registrant who cannot attend or send a substitute makes the refund request by April 3, 2015, the fee will be refunded with a cancellation cost of 15%. We cannot make any refunds after April 3, 2015.
