FEF 2015 participants need to email PDF copy of the conference registration confirmation.
Full-time students need to email PDF copy of the letter from the department chair certifying the full-time student status at the time of the short course (March 14–15, 2015).

Refund Policy
If a registrant who cannot attend or send a substitute makes the refund request by February 9, 2015, the fee will be refunded with a cancellation cost of 15%. We cannot make any refunds after February 9, 2015.
